A great way to meet with others who have been affected by breast cancer
A great way to meet with others who have been affected by breast cancer

These free forums, held around Australia, are for women diagnosed with breast cancer and their support people. Guest speakers including leading health professionals provide information on breast cancer and emotional well being. Our forums are also an opportunity to report on BCNA activities and link members together.

During the forums we ensure there is time for women to meet and share stories over a cuppa, as well as access additional information on services in the region.

2011 Forums

In 2011 our forums continue to focus on women living in rural or regional areas of Australia as part of the 'Supporting Women in Rural Areas Diagnosed with Breast Cancer' Program, funded by the Australian Government.

We will also hold forums in some capital cities.

Supporting rural women

"I found the forum to be very informative and an enjoyable day. I know that I speak on behalf of all from rural areas when I say it was lively and a rare treat for us to be included." -- Nichole, Tamworth forum attendee
